now let’s talk about this summer in our internet bedroom

summer is for sleepovers, and that’s exactly what we’re gonna do here at internet bedroom. I’ve gotten so, so many requests for an audiobook version of In the Girls’ Room and I live to serve, but I’ve decided we’re gonna do things a little differently since this is my first time ever recording an audiobook.

for the next six months, I’ll be serializing the audiobook of In the Girls’ Room right here on Internet Bedroom exclusively for paid readers.

but why just go to the party when there’s a sleepover happening after the party?

In addition to the serialized audiobook for In the Girls’ Room, paid readers are gonna get THE SLEEPOVER aka my dvd commentary director’s cut tracks about how I researched, wrote, and created each essay for the book. These will drop the Friday after new audiobook chapters are released.

Of course with everything coming this summer, I’ll be bringing CAPTIVE AUDIENCE, my mini-series where I documented self-publishing my new books, virality, and trying to create art (not content) on the social internet, to a close. This feels like a natural conclusion for the series as the books are out and I’m a little tired of both making content and reflecting about what it means to make content. But I am super proud of this series, and it will always live here on Internet Bedroom for paid readers.
